Shipping Information
At Care By Soirée, we want to make sure you know exactly when to expect your self-care essentials. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping:
Pre-Order Items
- Processing Time: Pre-order items will ship within 5 weeks from the date of purchase
- Payment: Full payment is required when placing your pre-order to secure your size
- Shipping Notification: You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your pre-order ships
- Separate Orders: Pre-order items must be purchased separately from regular inventory items
Regular Items
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-7 business days within Canada
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional fee applies)
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100 CAD within Canada
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 CAD for orders under $100
- Express Shipping: $15.00 CAD
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout
Shipping Locations
We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package through Canada Post or our shipping partner's website.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at hello@carebysoiree.com as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before your order ships.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
