What equipment do I need?
For both versions of the challenge, you can use objects around your space. For the standard version, it is optional to use dumbbells, barbells, and foam rollers. It is not necessary to use anything if you are not comfortable.
I missed a day, do I need to restart the whole challenge?
Not at all. If you miss a day, continue the following day. This challenge is adaptable and accommodating to you.
Can I join if I'm new to fitness?
Yes, anyone is welcome to join. No matter if you are a new mom looking for a challenge that will work around a baby's schedule, or if you haven't moved your body in a while. you make this challenge yours!
